"Update: I updated my review because Sean had reached out to me on 4/17 to discuss what happened and I finally felt heard about the situation. I do appreciate his willingness to make the situation right - highly recommend Sean's office despite our mishap, but Sean went out of his way to make me feel comfortable again. "What Andrea Krum said her review. Our agent was very defensive, rude, and accusatory of us making the mistake with our policy. My wife an I had a very long conversation with our agent. Finally our agent stated he had made the mistake, but truly failed to understand how large of a mistake this could have become for us in the event of an occurence. We like state farm as a provider but will be swifty switching agents. Thank you agent Aedan Spillane for making this decision so easy for wanting to chose another agency."
